Compact pressurized solar water heater

Passive solar water heaters use vacuum tubes with heat pipes and an attached water tank for direct heating of potable water. Sunlight enters the tubes, converting into heat at ~94% efficiency, and is then carried up through the heat pipe to the manifold which heats the water inside of the attached water tank. Water is supplied at the inlet from city/well water, heated and then fed directly into the hot water plumbing of the building.

Flat panel solar water heater

Flat Panel solar collector can be installed without space or be installed compactly, it not only supplies hot water but also owns the roof feature functions such as insulation, shading, water-proof and etc.Unique great construction and high quality insulation allow the heat to be efficiently transferred to the water with minimal loss. This type has black chromium coating and black color aluminum frame.

Heat exchanger solar water heater

Copper coil solar water heaters rely on the natural circulation of water between the collector and the tank or heat exchanger. In this type of installation, the tank must be located above the collector. As water in the vacuum tubes is heated it becomes lighter and naturally rises into the tank, meanwhile, cooler water in the tank flows down to the bottom of the vacuum tubes, causing circulation throughout the system.

Non-pressurized solar water heater

Thermosyphon solar water heater allows the potable water to circulate directly through the collector and tank, resulting in efficient heat transfer as no heat exchangers are required. The storage tank is made from food-grade stainless steel by automatic welding, which efficiently avoids the leaking problem. It is a simple and safe solution to get heat power from the sun.

1.

Faster Start-Up 24/7

For greater performance and higher heat absorption efficiency, the Bluecleanclean team developed a better inlet and outlet interface. Using argon welding technology, the tank liner and heat exchanger are perfectly connected to each other, achieving an amazing 89% high conversion rate.

This is a strong support for the entire hot water system, allowing you to use it as you want.

High-Performance Heat Collection

When investing in solar water heaters, it is important to ensure the "engine" you select is the most powerful and the longest lasting made. This is why we use Blueclean's solar evacuated tubes.

  • Quick start

Small heat capacity of heat pipe and quick reaction make the energy of heat pipe can be transferred to water tank quickly.

  • Freeze-resistant

With double-walled design, the vacuum tube is free of water and freeze-resistant, and will not crack even under severe cold conditions.

OEM Available Solar Heating Technology

Blueclean's solar water heater is more than just a product - it's the ultimate solar thermal solution.

The water in the water tank only serves to absorb, store and release heat. And water capacity in the hot water tank is kept unchanged. The hot water goes down through the coiled to cold water in the storage tank, and the cold water absorbs the energy in the hot water storage tank through the coil to raise the temperature. Due to the inherent performance of the coil design, the outlet water temperature in the coil is close to the temperature of the solar hot water in the tank. In this way, the pressurized tap water continuously enters the coil and absorbs the solar energy, so that the temperature is raised and then released.

Blueclean's pressurized hot water system provides ultra-high heat transfer efficiency and safety and stability for up to 20 years. The heat transfer ratio is increased by 20%, enough to support the supply of hot water. It is also equipped with an electric heating assist system that allows for easy heating on rainy days. Even if unattended, there is a smart controller to work, providing protection for the entire hot water system.
